Whether you need a place to record your next full length album, your next EP or just a single, we are here to help and work with everyone and all budgets. 

• Have all your tracks recorded already at home? We can mix them for you. 
• Need to cut vocals for a project in another part of the world? Not a problem.
• Need to do some pre-production before you begin your next album? We got you.

RATES:
All projects vary and are unique and would depend on the project itself. Please contact for rates.

TERMS:
$100 deposit (single day sessions) is due upon booking your session (longer sessions require larger deposits). Any change of date or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your session. Any changes not made within that time frame will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Special day rates are available for rehearsal clients. For larger projects, a larger deposit may be required.

Venmo, Visa/Mastercard, Zelle & Cash are all acceptable forms of payment.

HOUSE EQUIPMENT/GEAR:
All house gear is available to use on your recordings at no extra cost. If you break something due to negligence (ie: drop a guitar, spill a drink on an amp, ETC) you will be liable for damages and are expected to pay for repair or replacement.

Please no outside friends, family, ETC. They can be a distraction. If you are a minor, a parent is expected to accompany you. If you would like to bring a photographer that is perfectly fine but please let us know beforehand.
