Cancellation Fees & Deposits

If you need to pay for a same day rehearsal cancellation, use one of the options below. Please put the name of your band and the date and time of your booking in the notes section before you pay so we know who the cancellation is for.
Please give us a call to cancel as well, we don't always see the emails right away.

Please note, this is not for booking. Booking is done over the phone. Do not pay a “deposit” unless you were asked to at the time of your booking.

Cancellations & No Show Fees

Rehearsal Cancellation Fee (for 2 hour booking)

Use this option if you had a 2 hour block

Studio Deposits

Rehearsal Studio Deposit

Use this option if you booked a rehearsal room and you requested 4 hours or more. Please remember, we require 24 hour's notice to cancel or change your rehearsal date/time otherwise deposit will be forfeited.

Recording Studio Deposit

Use this option to pay for the deposit on your recording time. Recording bookings require a 72 hour (3 day) notice to change your date otherwise deposit is forfeited.
